About Us

The Chequers branch of BAGSD started on the 21st January 2004. The branch originally met at the Church Hall in Butlers Cross, in the shadow of the Prime Minister’s country residence but has since relocated to the Great Hampden, Village Hall.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly club, new members are assured of a warm welcome, a cup of tea & maybe even a biscuit or two !

Classes are held on Wednesday evenings, starting at 7.10pm (puppy socialisation), followed by Puppy graduates, Improvers & finally our "top" class which is for more advanced Dogs & handlers.

We also hold regular K.C Good Citizen tests & some of our members compete in obedience competitions.
